Appointments may be scheduled by telephone from the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm – Monday through Thursday. One of our gastroenterology providers is on-call for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.*

Perfumes, aftershaves, hair-care products, essential oils and other scented products affect the health of many people. Please do not wear scented products to your appointments.
To Re-schedule or Cancel an Appointment
If you cannot keep your appointment with us, please give us at least 48-hour notice. This courtesy enables us to offer your original time to another patient who needs to be seen. If you do not give us 48-hour notice, you may be charged $25.00. We do our best to honor each appointment time promptly. Occasionally, however, emergencies involving other patients may cause a brief delay in your provider’s daily schedule. We appreciate your understanding should this situation affect your appointment.
Office visits are by appointment only. To offer you the most convenient time, and to help us arrange an efficient daily schedule, we urge you to arrange your appointment as far in advance as possible. You may call our office at any time during business hours regarding your appointment; If your insurance is a Managed Care Plan, we must have a current, valid insurance referral (authorization) in place to schedule any follow-up visits.
How to Pay for Services
As a courtesy to you, all charges are billed directly to your insurance company (or companies). For insurances that we are providers of, we ask that all co-pays and deductibles be paid at the time of service. You may pay by cash, check, Discover Card, MasterCard, or Visa. For insurances that we are not providers of, payment in full is expected at the time of service. You may pay by cash, check, Discover Card, MasterCard, or Visa. There are numerous insurance plans and policies available and it has become almost impossible for us to keep up with the unique requirements of each one. To find out if we are a provider or if you have questions regarding co-pay, deductible, pre-authorization or referrals, please contact your insurance company directly.
We are participating Medicare providers. We take assignment on all Medicare claims. We ask that all co-pays and deductibles be paid at the time of service. If you have a Medicare Supplement, we will also bill them.
